Tasting Notes

Nose

Sappy oak, ginger, milky rice pudding, flinty and minerally, smoked almonds, elderflower and lime with some earthy notes.

Palate

Toasted vanilla, ginger biscuits, herbal lozenges, aromatic spices, ripe orchard fruits, stewed apple and pear.

Finish

Rice pudding, gingersnaps, vanilla, sweet, sappy oak, lime pie, pear drops and sugared almonds.
