Cask Strength

Aged in 200L American oak ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of five years, the whisky then sees secondary maturation in French Oak barriques that had Tasmanian Pinot Noir aged in them. This secondary maturation adds beautiful red berry notes and a unique Tasmanian influence to this small batch single malt.

With rich and full boasting vibrant notes of raisin toast, stewed fruits and candied orange with a hint of clove, our signature Double Cask is approachable in style and a whisky you’ll keep coming back for.
