Colour

A radiant amber-gold, with luminous copper edges and a whisper of mahogany that deepens to burnt copper in the glass.

Nose

Opulent and refined, the aroma unfurls with rich sherry tint—dark cherries, fig paste, raisins, and apricot caressing honeyed cereals. Nutty almond and marzipan mingle with polished oak, vanilla and hints of toffee. A whisper of espresso and cocoa dust adds a faint, warming depth, while orange zest brightens the edge, inviting the palate to linger.

Palate

On the palate it is opulent and velvety, saturated with sherry influence: fig and raisin, orange peel, date, and dark chocolate melt into caramel and honey. Spices emerge: cinnamon, clove, alongside polished oak and a trace of almond. The texture is full and suave, finishing long with warm spice and a refined, lingering sweetness.
