Rich amber-gold with warm copper highlights and a honeyed, sun-kissed edge.

Nose

Subtly smoky with dried apricot and treacle.

Palate

Candied orange unfolds on the palate, balanced by a sturdy malt backbone and wisps of smoke. The Muscat finish layers honeyed sweetness with warmth, while subtle oak and spice weave through the length, leaving a smoky, forgiving tail.

Finish

A distinctly spicy finish, where star anise, cinnamon and a touch of ginger give way to sweet vanilla and lingering smoke.
