Matured in three types of American oak casks, before a partial finish in Virgin American Oak, the 2021 Open Special Edition delivers an approachable single malt with underlying fruit character and a gentle hint of peat smoke.
Non chill-filtered, bottled at 46% and presented in a carton bearing Colin Montgomerie's signature.

Palate
Silky and fruit-forward, with vanilla and caramel from the American oak, bright orchard notes and a gentle, supporting peat smoke. Creamy spice builds mid-palate, followed by toasted oak and a warm, lingering finish.

Fruit-forward and softly smoky, the finish lingers with orchard sweetness and vanilla, a delicate peat whisper, and a creamy echo of Virgin American Oak that fades to warm spice.
