A bottling of the first organically certified grain whisky in the world, this 20 year old Organic Single Grain Scotch Whisky was distilled in the year 2000 in the Scottish Highlands.

A limited batch of just 1,200 bottles, this Millennium Cask Reserve whisky is destined to be highly collectable and a future classic.

“A rich gold colour to the eye, the grains in this whisky give pronounced sweetcorn, toffee and light fruit esters on the nose.

On the palate it fills the mouth with a smooth, warming mouthfeel that brings with it an initial popcorn and burnt sugar flavour that fades to reveal more of the grains character.

Sweet grains and light husk flavours are met with hints of peppercorn and allspice as the cask brings a buttered toast finish that lingers and slowly fades to a buttery sweetness.”.
