Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold sheen and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Fresh, bright fruit on the nose: kiwi, gooseberry and lime with a lively, tropical edge. Subtle vanilla and polished American oak yield velvety sweetness, while an Oloroso sherry influence glints through—dried fruits, almond, and a trace of cocoa. A refined, unpeated spirit that unfurls with air, revealing generous complexity and age-softened elegance.
Palate
Silky, unpeated palate with a bright core of kiwi, gooseberry and lime, carried by subtle citrus lift. American oak delivers vanilla cream and gentle sweetness, while the Oloroso finish adds almond, fig and caramel depth. The fruit lingers with refined spice and a long, elegant finish.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish is sherry-soaked and oak-rounded: dried fruit, cocoa and almond mingle with vanilla spice, while the bright kiwi, gooseberry and lime leave a citrusy echo that fades to a warm, refined end.
