Tasting Notes

Nose

Steamed syrup sponge pudding and Jamaican spiced bun form a warm, comforting core, woven with white chocolate and grilled peaches. Intriguing notes of mixed candied peel and a tin of Del Monte fruit cocktail lend a bright, sunlit fruit lift that lingers invitingly on the nose.

Palate

Tinned prunes in syrup, wood spice, clove studded orange, ginger nut biscuits, caramel sauce, aniseed twists and a tease of tarragon.

Finish

A tangy, spice led finish, that lingers on and on.
