By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden-amber with a sunlit glow and a whisper of copper at the rim.
Nose
Delicate and airy, the nose greets with citrus zest and crisp apple, lifting to hints of pear and white peach. A honeyed, vanilla-lit sweetness deepens with soft almond and refined oak. A whisper of sherry gives dried fruit nuances of fig and raisin, adding quiet warmth and elegance to the perfume.
Palate
Silky, waxy mouthfeel with a gentle sweetness that stays airy. Fresh pear and green apple mingle with lemon zest and honeyed vanilla, framed by subtle almond and toasted oak. Light spice folds in, and the finish lingers with orange blossom and a delicate, refined warmth.
Finish
Long, refined finish with sherried sweetness lingering softly. Dried fig, raisin and almond drift with subtle cocoa and oak spice, fading to a warm, honeyed glow.
