Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold sheen and a warmth of mahogany at the edge.
Nose
Delicate and inviting, the nose opens with bright pear and green apple, unfolding lemon zest and white flowers. A whisper of vanilla, honey and almond rests on soft barley, with a subtle oak backbone and a mineral edge. Clean, airy and refined—a quintessential Lowland aroma in miniature form.
Palate
Silky and light on the palate, it offers delicate orchard fruit—pear and green apple—softened by vanilla and a touch of custard. Subtle almond, a whisper of wax, and gentle spice mingle with fine oak, finishing clean, refined and lingering gracefully.
Finish
Silky and lingering, the finish is gently sherried, with dried fruit and orange zest. Almond, toffee and a whisper of cocoa fade into warm oak and spice, leaving a refined sweetness that lingers softly on the palate.
