Nose

Palate

Bold and fiercely fruity at cask strength; a lush wave of dried fig, raisin and orange zest, folded into dark chocolate and roasted almond. Vanilla and toasty oak provide warmth, while clove and cinnamon spice pricks the senses. Silky, slightly waxy mouthfeel with a long, lingering finish of sherried fruit, coffee, and leather.

Finish

Long, plush finish with rich sherry sweetness lingering over polished oak. Dried dark fruit and cocoa drift in the tail, followed by a gentle spice that lingers, warming the palate long after the sip ends.
