Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep golden amber with warm copper undertones and a honeyed glow.

Nose

Soft, orchard-fruit aroma with lemon zest and pear, entwined with sherry-flecked figs and raisins. Subtle almond, vanilla, and toffee mingle with creamy malt and a whisper of oak, giving a refined, waxy sweetness.

Palate

Silky, light-bodied palate with honeyed malt and orchard fruit sweetness, lifted by sherry-tinged depth. Dried raisin, almond, and creamy vanilla glide on a waxy malt backbone, with a hint of spice and a touch of oak. Finishes clean and gently warming, leaving a soft toffee aroma and orange zest glow.

Finish

Sherry-kissed finish with dark fruit, raisins and fig, interwoven with almond and cocoa. Subtle spice and oak maintain warmth, letting a polished, lingering glow envelope the palate.
