Palate

On the palate it unfolds with coastal peat smoke and a satin Sherry richness. Dried fig and raisin sweetness mingle with cocoa, toffee and orange zest, while sea-salt notes ride the toasted oak. Spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—emerge before a long, refined finish of leather, tobacco and subtle peat.
