Colour
Deep amber with coppery hues and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Fresh orchard fruit and honeyed barley rise with vanilla and polished oak. A delicate sherry warmth threads through, revealing dried fig and raisin, a touch of cocoa, and soft spice. A hint of lemon zest keeps the nose bright and elegant, inviting another inhale of malt and fruit.
Palate
Sherried, velvety palate with dark plum and raisin unfolding into orange zest and baked apple. Rich toffee and milk chocolate drift alongside honeyed fruit, while warm spice—cinnamon and clove—lends a festive edge. Nutty almond and toasted oak provide gentle structure. Long finish, drying into dried fruit with a refined, caramel-kissed sweetness.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish unfurls a warm sherry-cask glow, with raisin, orange zest and toffee intertwined with dark chocolate and gentle spice, fading to polished oak and nut and a refined, lingering dryness.
