A Limited release from Jura. The Two-One-Two Limited Edition Series celebrates the Isle of Jura's small and vibrant community of roughly 212 islanders, who share the island with this substantial distillery. Bottled at 47.5% at approximately thirteen years of age, this superb single malt whisky offers a beautiful array of enticing aromas, including lemon cake, cinnamon, creamy toffee and delightful flavours of pear, sherbet and roasted pistachio. A whisky to be savoured with every sip!
This inaugural bottling, the first in a series of annual releases, has been matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels, and finished in Chinkapin Oak casks (an oak species native to central and North East America).

Tasting Notes
Colour
Luminous amber-gold with coppery undertones, a sun-kissed, honey-bronze glow.
Nose
Bright lemon cake mingles with a gentle kiss of cinnamon and creamy toffee, opening a dessert-bright bouquet. Pear and sherbet weave in a playful sweetness, while roasted pistachio adds a delicate, nutty depth. A sunlit, inviting aroma that promises finesse and warmth.
Palate
Silky on the palate, lemon cake and cinnamon greet the tongue, giving way to creamy toffee and pear with a sherbet lift. Roasted pistachio adds nutty depth as a gentle oak influence lingers, finishing with a softly spiced, lingering glow.
Finish
Long, creamy finish that coats the palate with vanilla and toffee, tempered by a gentle cinnamon-spice and a nutty undertone of roasted pistachio. Hints of pear drift through as the Chinkapin oak finish lingers, leaving a subtly oaken, elegant sweetness.
