Produced to commemorate the distillery's island heritage, Jura Tide has been bottled at 46.7% abv after being matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in virgin American oak casks. Flavour wise, this is sweet, smoky and finessed with a spicy character from hand-selected virgin American white oak casks. Part of Jura's Aged Vintage series, this will be a continuing limited batch release. As such, bottling dates will vary with each release.

Nose
Maritime sweetness lifts from the glass alongside vanilla and toffee, with a wisp of smoke curling over polished oak. Virgin American white oak delivers creamy spice—cinnamon and clove, a kiss of coconut—backed by Bourbon-influenced vanilla. A refined, softly smoky nose carrying island character.
Palate
Silky and generous, this 21-year-old delivers honeyed sweetness with a subtle wave of smoke, carried by vanilla and caramel from ex-Bourbon casks. Virgin American oak adds bright spice—pepper, cinnamon, clove—for a refined, lingering finish with a hint of Jura’s maritime character.
Finish
Long, maritime finish that lingers warmly. Sweet vanilla and honeyed notes weave with gentle smoke, while the spicy edge of virgin American oak primes the palate. Peppery, toasted oak notes fade slowly, leaving a refined, lingering dryness that recalls coastal shores and a cherished maturity.
