The first ever batch of Jura single malt whisky by That Boutique y Whisky Company. A 12 year old expression, bottled at 47.6% abv and a release of 225 bottles.
Sweet, biscuity and bready on the nose with treacle, butter, barley and light grassiness. A whiff of something coastal too. The palate is a mix of fruit and sweetness, somewhere between a millionaire shortbread (choc, caramel, butterscotch) and pineapple and mango. The finish is quite dense with light sponge cake taste and demerara sugar.

Deep amber with copper-bronze hues and a honey-gold glow.
Nose
Sweet, biscuity and bready on the nose, with treacle, butter and barley, a delicate grassy lift and a coastal, saline whisper.
Palate
Fruit and sweetness mingle on the palate, a decadent millionaire-shortbread arc of chocolate, caramel and toffee, balanced by bright pineapple and mango. A creamy, biscuity backbone carries the richness to a lingering sponge-cake finish with demerara sugar.
Finish
Dense finish of light sponge cake and demerara sugar, leaving a soft, biscuity sweetness that lingers warmly on the palate.
