The 4th edition of Jura tastival released for 2017 around the time of the Feis Ile on Islay.
Aged in Ex-American oak and finished in Port casks from the famous Graham's Port house.
A delicate yet complex offering for this years tastival release which have been some of the best and most interesting releases from this distillery.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a ruby-tinged mahogany edge.
Nose
Floral and fragrant, roses and marshmallows unfold into tinned strawberry, earthy liquorice and redcurrant jelly. Hints of Parma ham mingle with raspberry ripple ice cream, all carried on warm tawny port wood notes.
Palate
Stewed rhubarb and cranberry open the palate, entwined with strawberry shortbread and red liquorice. Distinct Tawny Port wood notes mingle with red wine tannins, while pomegranate juice and spicy stewed red plums add depth, finishing with a delicate floral rose note.
Finish
A long, evolving finish of crunchy red berries and earthy tannins, tempered by tawny port. Red liquorice and redcurrant jelly linger, with hints of cured meats and peppery strawberry, fading into fragrant floral notes that endure.
