Jura Superstition Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Out of stock
A lightly peated variation of Jura that was discontinued in early 2018.
Matured in ex-Bourbon casks, this is a sweet, smooth whisky with vanilla, honey and spice with a little bit of smoke on the nose and palate. Probably the closest of the old bottlings to the new Jura flavour profile.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a honey-gold glow and a touch of coppery depth.
Nose
Vanilla and honey lead the aromatic wave, kissed by warm spice and a gentle, peaty smoke. The Bourbon-cask maturity adds creamy sweetness, crafting a soft, inviting aroma characteristic of Jura’s bygone style.
Palate
Silky, honeyed sweetness on the palate opens with vanilla and toffee, supported by warm spice. A whisper of peat smoke threads through creamy bourbon-matured malt, finishing with a gentle, lingering sweetness and a subtle touch of oak.
Finish
Long, warm finish with vanilla and honey lingering on the tongue, mingling with gentle spice and a whisper of peat smoke that fades into a clean, oaky glow. Creamy and peppery, it invites the next sip.
