Jura Superstition Lightly Peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Out of stock
A lightly peated variation of Jura that was discontinued in early 2018.
Matured in ex-Bourbon casks, this is a sweet, smooth whisky with vanilla, honey and spice with a little bit of smoke on the nose and palate. Probably the closest of the old bottlings to the new Jura flavour profile.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey-gold tones and a whisper of copper.
Nose
Sweet vanilla and honey rise from the glass, with soft spice and a delicate hint of smoke. The light peat whispers through the sweetness, giving the nose a warm, inviting Jura character.
Palate
Silky and honeyed, with vanilla and toffee on the palate. Gentle spice—cinnamon and ginger—unfolds alongside a whisper of peat smoke, refined by ex-Bourbon cask aging. Smooth, approachable, with a warm oak finish and lingering sweetness.
Finish
Long, smooth and honeyed, the finish glides with vanilla and spice, a subtle veil of smoke, and a warm oak resonance that lingers gracefully.
