Matured over three decades in American White Oak Bourbon Barrels and bottled at 53.5% ABV, this rare spirit delivers an exotic composition of colour, aroma and flavour. One of only 1500 bottles.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with warm honey and copper highlights.
Nose
Honeyed pear, freshly baked bread, ripened bananas and vanilla cake form a warm, inviting bouquet with a creamy, bakery-fresh sweetness.
Palate
Peaches in syrup mingle with warm cinnamon, toffee apple and ribbons of Swiss white chocolate. Lush and silky, the Bourbon-barrel sweetness coats the palate, while spice lingers and the fruit-cake brightness carries to a long, luxurious finish.
Finish
Long, warm and creamy, the finish unfurls vanilla and caramel from American White Oak Bourbon Barrels, carried by subtle spice and a gentle, lingering oak. Notes of toffee and soft fruit leave a warm, indulgent echo.
