Palate
Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, this opens with buttery shortbread and vanilla, brightened by lemon zest. Rich caramel folds through warmed oak, while the natural cask-strength intensity keeps it vibrant and long, gently peppered by spice on the finish.
Finish
Long and creamy, the lemon zest slowly fades into lingering shortbread and caramel, tempered by smooth vanilla and oak with a gentle, warming spice that lingers.
