Nose
Coastal malt aromas with sea-salt air, hazelnut and warm orchard sweetness. Rich sherry influence coats orange zest, dried fig and dark plum, with cocoa and toffee notes, while vanilla and nutmeg add a silky spice.
Palate
Velvety and full on the palate, with a luxurious sherry-cask sweetness that coats the tongue. Dried figs and raisins mingle with dark chocolate, toffee and almond, while orange zest adds a bright lift. A gentle maritime saltiness lingers, woven with warm spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—leading to a long, polished finish of caramel, cocoa, and soft oak.

Long, velvety finish with dark fig and cocoa tempered by spice, a whisper of coastal salt, and oak-driven warmth. The sherry influence lingers, leaving a refined sweetness that slowly fades and invites another sip.
