Made using 100% Islay malts, the Smoky lives up to its name. Using a combination of American oak and Pedro Ximenez casks for maturation, there is a myriad of smokiness - Smoked sugar and salt meet smoked meats, rich clove and delicate honeycomb upon drinking.
