This unique blend is made from all grain distillates from 1972, before being matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled in 2021 at approximately 48 years old. Time and craftsmanship have made this whisky completely individual, offering notes of sweet honey, natural wax and dried ginger.

Deep amber with honey-gold highlights and a warm, waxy glow.

Nose

An alluring, honeyed perfume greets the nose: luminous golden honey, soft natural wax, and a gentle spark of dried ginger. Warm, resinous and comforting, it suggests time spent in well-loved casks, with a subtle spiciness that lingers.

Palate

Brown sugar provides a mellow sweetness, with playful bubble gum lending a buoyant lift, finishing in a rich, lingering fruit cake echo.

Finish

Long, honeyed finish with a delicate waxy sheen and a touch of dried ginger. Brown sugar sweetness lingers, giving way to hints of fruit cake and a soft oak whisper as the warmth slowly fades.
