Palate

Silky, sherried richness coats the palate, delivering dried plum and raisin with bright orange zest and toffee. Cinnamon and nutmeg spice mingle with vanilla, cocoa and almond notes, all carried on a supple, well-integrated oak. The finish is warm and lingering, with a subtle nutty praline echo.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish bathes in warm toffee and dried fruit, with toasted oak and silky spice lingering. Sherry sweetness returns as raisin and fig, while orange zest and cocoa nibs fade into a cedar-tinged, enduring warmth.
