You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet is a remarkable 50-year-old single grain Scotch whisky from Invergordon, released to celebrate five years of Uncharted Whisky. Matured for half a century and finished in a first fill bourbon barrel, it is bottled at natural cask strength (46.3% ABV), un-chillfiltered and bursting with character.
The creamy grain spirit and vibrant bourbon influence create layers of fresh vanilla, toasted coconut, orchard fruit, honeycomb, crème brûlée, tropical notes and soft spice. Long, buttery and gently citrus-led on the finish, this is an exceptionally elegant and distinguished old grain whisky of rare depth.
