Kinglassie Raw is a heavily peated Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky from InchDairnie Distillery. 100% Fife grown barley has been heavily peated using mainland peat to 50+ppm. KinGlassie RAW has been matured for eight years exclusively in refill American oak casks, this limited-edition release amplifies the whisky’s raw, untamed character. Earthy peat meets rich sweet maltiness, resulting in a textured whisky that delivers a bold yet nuanced flavour.

(inch-DAIR-nee) InchDairnie was founded by Ian Palmer in Fife, with construction beginning in 2014 and distillation starting in December 2015. Built near the site of the old Prinlaws mill and named after the historic InchDairnie estate, it was created as a modern distillery with a strongly engineering-led approach to flavour rather than a purely traditional one.
