InchDairnie Ryelaw - Fife Single Grain Scotch Whisky 2018 Vintage
In stock
Crafted at a single distillery in Fife, RyeLaw is a unique Scotch whisky made from a mash bill of 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. While it follows the production rules of American Rye Whiskey, RyeLaw is shaped by modern Scotch whisky-making techniques.
Exclusively produced at InchDairnie Distillery, it’s the only whisky in the world made from malted rye and distilled in a custom-designed Lomond Hill still.
This second vintage has been carefully matured in new oak casks sourced from the Appalachian Mountains, delivering a bold and spicy character. The result is a whisky defined by rich wood, pronounced rye spice, and depth of flavour.
