That character runs through the production side too, with outdoor washbacks and the distillery’s distinctive Lomond Hill still used to pursue a very precise spirit style.
The range has developed in the same spirit. RyeLaw became InchDairnie’s first official bottling in 2023, made from malted rye and barley and matured in new charred oak, while KinGlassie arrived in 2025 as the distillery’s first single malt release. Beyond those headline bottlings, InchDairnie has also used the PrinLaws name for smaller experimental distillates, including oats and wheat, which has helped build its reputation as one of the more technically ambitious new distilleries in Scotland.
