InchDairnie
(inch-DAIR-nee) InchDairnie was founded by Ian Palmer in Fife, with construction beginning in 2014 and distillation starting in December 2015. Built near the site of the old Prinlaws mill and named after the historic InchDairnie estate, it was created as a modern distillery with a strongly engineering-led approach to flavour rather than a purely traditional one.
