Tasting Notes
Colour
A radiant amber-gold with coppery highlights and subtle mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent sherry notes envelop ripe fig and raisin, with orange zest and caramelized vanilla. A subtle Highland peat threads through toasted hazelnut and dark chocolate, while honeyed heather and coastal salt lend a warm, fragrant balance.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate opens with honeyed sweetness and a subtle peat lift. Sherry influence brings dried fig and orange zest, mingling with vanilla, almond and cocoa. A warm, spicy spine leads to a long, smoky finish that lingers with dark fruit and toasted oak.
Finish
Long, warm finish with honeyed peat and coastal salt, layered over rich sherry sweetness. Dried fruit, cocoa and toasted oak unfurl slowly, with a subtle spice that lingers. The peat eases into a velvety, maritime finale that clings softly to the palate.
