Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold sheen and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Earthy toffee, heather honey, forest-floor fruit, leather and tobacco, a touch of mint, with charred fruit rising from a coal-fired griddle.
Palate
Smoked toffee and heather honey coat the palate in a deep, rich body. Earthy anise meets walnut, with leathery and waxy undertones that add texture and nuance.
Finish
Rich forest-fire smoke lingers, weaving toffee-apple sweetness with earthy depth and a sly lick of liquorice.
