Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, our iconic 12 Year Old single malt whisky is spicy and well-rounded, packed with the flavours of sun-kissed Seville oranges and rich fruitcake spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; you’ll find molten heather honey in this whisky’s waves of heathery peat smoke. Why not try it with a handful of wasabi peas on the side or alongside a sizzling, pan-fried rib-eye steak or with smoked salmon and sour cream.

Nose
An amber bouquet of sun-kissed Seville oranges and molten heather honey, layered with rich fruitcake spice—cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Sherry-seasoned oak lends dried-fruit depth as heathery peat smoke threads through, balanced by a touch of cocoa and gentle sweetness.
Palate
Velvety and full-bodied on the palate, this 12-year-old unfolds honeyed layers of molten heather honey, balanced by rich fruitcake spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves—and bright Seville orange zest. Sherry cask maturation lends dried-fruit depth, while heathery peat adds a soft, aromatic smoke that threads through a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, refined finish with warm, honeyed sweetness and Seville orange zest, carried on a whisper of heathery peat. Dried fruit and cinnamon-nutmeg spice linger, tapering to a soft, velvety warmth.
