A single cask release from Gordon & MacPhail, released as part of their Connoisseurs Choice range of malts. This 2006 vintage single malt Highland Park has been matured in refill sherry puncheon #4268 for 13 years before being bottled in 2020 at cask strength, 60.3% vol.

Stewed apple and blackcurrant jam aromas complement fresh notes of smoke. Strawberry liquorice and dark toffee flavours combine with a hint of cinnamon. A medium finish with mixed nuts and lingering gentle spice.
