Colour
Deep amber with mahogany and copper undertones, a warm wine-hued glow.
Nose
Rich stewed-fruit aromas of prunes, raisins and apples with demerara sugar. Subtle roasted coffee bean notes emerge, alongside cocoa powder. Sweet cinnamon spice lifts vibrant citrus peel, with a hint of beeswax polish.
Palate
Mouth-watering, with a gentle pepper that gives way to juicy orange and dark chocolate praline. Red apple and nutmeg mingle with charred oak, yielding a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Long and fruity, with lingering oak and a very subtle wisp of smoke.
