Colour

Radiant sunlit gold with warm honey-amber undertones.

Nose

Warm and inviting, the nose opens with honeyed orchard fruit and bright citrus zest, eased by creamy vanilla and soft toffee. Sherry-influenced notes add dried apricot, toasted almond and a touch of oak. A hint of gentle spice and delicate malt lingers, inviting the next inhale.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, honeyed malt and gentle toffee sweetness give way to raisin and fig from sherry cask influence. Vanilla-tinged oak lends structure, while soft spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—adds warmth that lingers into a smooth, sustained finish.

Finish

Long, warming finish with sherry-driven sweetness, dark fruit, and toasted oak, threaded with gentle spice that lingers softly, leaving a refined, nuanced sweetness.
