Hibiki Blender's Choice Blended Japanese Whisky

Hibiki Blender’s Choice is a Japanese blended whisky produced by the House of Suntory and bottled at 43% ABV. Introduced in 2018, the release was created by Suntory’s master blenders as a modern addition to the Hibiki range, offering a more accessible expression while maintaining the brand’s signature harmony and balance.

The blend brings together malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries alongside grain whisky from Chita, all carefully married to achieve a refined and layered profile. Part of the whisky was matured in wine casks, which contributes additional depth, colour and subtle red-fruit character to the final blend.

The iconic 24-faceted Hibiki bottle represents the traditional Japanese calendar’s 24 seasons, reflecting the brand’s philosophy of harmony with nature and craftsmanship in blending.
