Comprising of single malts from Hakushu and Yamazaki along with aged grain from the Chita distillery this blend has won many awards over the years. To complete the package it is provided in what we think is one of the classiest bottles on the market.

The Plum wine liqueur casks that the 12 year old is partially matured in give this super moreish Japanese blend a real fruity edge.

Nose

Ripe plums mingle with new leather, dark chocolate, rich barley and aromatic biscuity grain, finishing with honeycomb.

Palate

Rich toffee and aromatic spices, stewed plums, marzipan, sherry soaked orange segments.

Finish

Rum and raisin fudge, spiced vanilla cheesecake, plum jam on french toast.
