Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, Heaven Hill select a special whiskey to be released in the name of their late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.
The 12th annual edition of Parker's Heritage Collection from Heaven Hill distillery. This is the 2nd barrel finished version and interestingly it's been finished in orange curacao.
Aged for 7 to 8 years in Rickhouse Q, the whiskey is then finished for 4 months in the French liqueur barrels. Bottled at 55% abv.
The nose is peppery with classic oak and vanila aromas along with a fruity character. The palate is sweet with oaky spicy, caramel, honey, citrus and nutmeg. The finish is silky smooth with a big orange caramel mouthfeel.

Nose
Peppery with oak and vanilla, it unfolds into bright fruity notes with a citrus-orange lift from the orange curacao finish.
Palate
Silky and sweet, the palate reveals oak-spiced warmth, caramel and honey, with bright citrus and a hint of nutmeg. Creamy, balanced, and warmly lingering with orange-caramel echoes.
Finish
Silky smooth with a bright orange caramel finish that lingers on the palate. Notes of citrus zest, warm vanilla, and subtle oak drift in and out as the sweetness fades into a refined spice.
