Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, Heaven Hill select a special whiskey to be released in the name of their late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.
A single barrel Bourbon aged for 11 years in Parker's favourite rickhouse location,Deatsville, these barrels are what Parker would have described as "just good Bourbon"
Bottled at 122 proof (61% ABV) and part of the ongoing "Heritage" series of small batch releases from this award winning Kentucky distillery.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Bold, inviting notes of vanilla bean and toasty caramel rise from rich oak, supported by warm maple and dried fruit. Subtle cinnamon and clove spice echo through, with a hint of leather, all carried by the bourbon’s assertive 61% ABV, giving a bright, lingering aromatic impression.
