Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, Heaven Hill select a special whiskey to be released in the name of their late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Bold, inviting notes of vanilla bean and toasty caramel rise from rich oak, supported by warm maple and dried fruit. Subtle cinnamon and clove spice echo through, with a hint of leather, all carried by the bourbon’s assertive 61% ABV, giving a bright, lingering aromatic impression.
Palate
Opulent and densely textured, this 11-year-old bourbon coats the palate with deep vanilla, caramel and brown-butter toffee, coaxed by toasted oak. At 122 proof, bold peppery spice—cinnamon and clove—rises, supported by char and a touch of dark fruit, finishing long, warm and refined with lingering sweetness.
Finish
An expansive, warming finish lingers with toasted oak, vanilla, and dark caramel, then opens to spiced cocoa and dried fruit. At 122 proof the warmth stays refined, with peppery spice, cinnamon, and a kiss of oak threading through the palate, delivering a long, resinous aftertaste that invites another sip.
