Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, Heaven Hill select a special whiskey to be released in the name of their late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.

A limited release of Wheated bourbon from The Heaven Hill distillery that has more Wheat in the mash bill than standard bourbon (in fact this tends to be 70% corn, 20% Wheat & 10% barley) so no spicy rye here. If you are struggling to find or indeed afford Pappy Van Winkle then this would be a great alternative.
