Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
An elegant, time-warmed bouquet of dried fruit and oak: fig and raisin sweetness entwined with vanilla, caramel and honey. Spice rises—cinnamon and clove—alongside polished cedar and a hint of tobacco, with orange zest. A touch of dark chocolate and marzipan adds depth, while a subtle smoky edge and warm oaken finish linger.
Palate
Silky and refined on the palate, it opens with honeyed Tasmanian malt, ripe orchard fruit, and toffee, balanced by soft vanilla and a touch of oak. Subtle spice lingers, harmonizing with a gentle, warming finish that reveals a whisper of smoke and toasted almond.
Finish
Long, refined finish with polished oak and gentle spice, fading into dried fruit and honeyed sweetness. Vanilla and cedar linger as a subtle maritime breeze fades, leaving a warm, malt-forward glow.
