Rich amber-gold with coppery-bronze depth and a honeyed, sunlit glow.
Nose
On the nose, honey leads the perfume—golden honeycomb with soft toffee, woven with ripe orchard fruit and a touch of vanilla. Waxy malt and almond mingle with dried fig and raisin from the sherry cask, all draped in polished oak and a whisper of spice. Elegant, generous, and memorably honeyed.
Palate
Silky, honey-forward and layered, with caramelized citrus, dried apricot, and toasted almond. Sherry influence adds plush fruit and gentle spice, while warm oak lends structure. Mouthfeel is creamy and opulent, finishing long with honey, subtle malt sweetness and a final note of dried fruit and spice.
Finish
An extended, honeyed finish that clings with satin softness. Honeycomb, toffee and a hint of sherry weave through warm oak and orange zest, slowly fading to gentle spice and velvet warmth, leaving a lingering, luxurious glow.
