Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep mahogany amber with warm copper-gold highlights
Nose
Elegant, honeyed bouquet of orchard fruits and vanilla, bright citrus zest and a whisper of oak. A sherried sweetness threads through dried apricot and raisin, with almond paste and toast. Subtle spice - cinnamon and nutmeg - gives a poised, refined aroma that lingers with quiet elegance.
Palate
Silky and richly fruit-forward, with sherried sweetness underpinning vanilla and caramel. Notes of fig, raisin and orange peel unfold on a bed of warm oak, cacao and toasted almond. Spicy hints of clove and cinnamon weave through, culminating in a long, nutty finish.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish coats the palate with sherried richness—dark fig, raisin and toffee fuse with orange zest and toasted spice, finally drying to cocoa-dusted oak and a warm, lasting glow.
