Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, sunlit amber with copper-rose highlights and a touch of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Sherry-touched nose with dark fruit—raisins, figs and a hint of plum—woven with toasted oak, vanilla and orange zest. Spices bloom softly—cinnamon and nutmeg—adding warmth to a rich, inviting aroma.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, it coats the palate with silky warmth. Dried fruits—raisins, fig—and orange zest meet toffee, vanilla and dark chocolate, brightened by spice. Cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with polished oak and a touch of tannin. A subtle sherry sweetness lingers, building to a long, warming finish of caramel and espresso.
Finish
Long, velvety finish carries the rich kiss of sherry—plump dark raisin and fig give way to coffee and cocoa, while toasted oak and spice frame the palate. A warm glow lingers, fading to almond and vanilla with a subtle, indulgent sweetness.
