Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with warm mahogany tones and golden-copper highlights.
Nose
Salted caramel toffee and dark chocolate truffles mingle with Turkish delight, rum-and-raisin ice cream and a whisper of aged balsamic vinegar, yielding a nose wonderfully deep and rich.
Palate
Soft, elegant mouthfeel opens to a vibrant chorus of baked apples, orange zest, honey and a cooling menthol lift. Toffee steps forward, balanced by molasses, double cream and a touch of spice from clove and aniseed, leaving a creamy, lingering warmth.
Finish
Pecan nuts and leather mingle with fudge and creamy caffe latte, for an aftertaste that is lingering and gently soothing.
