Nose
Delicate vanilla and creamy toffee rise from the bourbon-cask, with light malt and gentle oak. Zesty lemon, pear, and a touch of coconut lend brightness, while almond and honey add a refined, inviting sweetness.
Palate
A creamy entry of vanilla bean, toffee and cornbread, unfolding into buttery oats and citrus zest. Gloriously soft orchard fruits—yellow apple, pear—swirled with delicate oak spice, vanilla custard, and a whisper of coconut. Clean, honeyed sweetness lingers with a subtle mineral edge and a drying white pepper finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with creamy vanilla and honey, drawing out fresh citrus zest and subtle orchard fruit. Bourbon influence brings a gentle coconut sweetness and warm spice, tapering to polished oak and a clean, lingering tail.
