Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge, a rich, warm hue suggesting sherry-cask maturation.

Opulent sherry aroma with dark fig and raisin, layered with orange zest and red berry compote. Vanilla, toffee and toasted almond wrap the fruit in cushiony warmth, while cocoa dust and a kiss of spice drift through, all carried on a polished oak elegance.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate with sherry-influenced sweetness framing bright orchard fruit. Dried fig and prune mingle with orange zest, cocoa, and toasted almond, while cinnamon and nutmeg spice threads through velvety oak. Long, warming finish of dark fruit and refined sweetness.
