A beautifully packaged 21 year old single malt from Glengoyne, who are based on the South Highlands/Lowland border. The 21 Year Old is where Glengoyne really starts to reach a new level. Matured exclusively in hand-selected ex-Sherry casks for 21 years, this impressively rich and supple single malt whisky offers bold flavours of Christmas cake, honey, and rich fruit with a long, cinnamon infused finish.
"The nose and natural brownish colour betray the sherry influence.Rich cocoa,clove,cinnamon and dark vanilla-a veritable Christmas cake,with notes of raisin,candied orange peel and dark rum.The wonderful, oily coating mouthfeel continues on the long finish."
