Bottled un-chillfiltered at its natural strength of 59.8% it has been created from a combination of first fill European oak sherry casks, American oak sherry butts and refill sherry butts

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and mahogany edges, a radiant, sherry-kissed glow that hints at richness.
Nose
A sherry-drenched oak aroma, rich with Demerara sugar and ripe gooseberry. Dried fruit, almond and spice unfold with depth, while a touch of toffee lingers from the cask.
Palate
Powerful, sherried palate with a chewy, velvety mouthfeel. Rich demerara sugar swells into bright gooseberry, intertwined with dark fruit and toasted oak. Spices and almond notes emerge from 100% sherry maturation, delivering a long, warming finish that lingers with elegant sweetness and a hint of cacao.
Finish
Extremely long, warming finish where sherry sweetness coats the palate—demerara sugar and dried fruit give way to bright gooseberry, with lingering oak spice and a steady, elegant heat from the 59.8% ABV.
